An obsession with the human side of systems.

I'm a strategic product leader and design strategist working at the intersection of human-centered practice and AI transformation. For the past twenty years I've been building inside one of the largest healthcare systems in the United States — rising from intern to executive director, and along the way learning that the technologies that scale are the ones that take people seriously.

My work spans enterprise AI platforms, digital workplace strategy, and the discipline of human-centered design itself — building it as a practice, a team, and a way of thinking about complex problems.

Executive Director, Human-Centered Design & Digital Workplace Transformation

  • Agentic platform leadership. Directing the team responsible for establishing enterprise standards that enable makers to realize value from AI across M365 Copilot (97% user engagement), Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure Foundry.
  • Strategic AI integration. Overseeing the enterprise-wide rollout of Microsoft 365 Copilot and custom GenAI agents to advance productivity and knowledge access.
  • Partner & value management. Responsible for SOWs with partners and ensuring expected value and ROI from external engagements.
  • Innovation lab design. Launched and leads AIT's internal HCD program and innovation lab practice, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver people-centered solutions.
  • Digital workplace & consumer CRM strategy. Drives the strategic roadmap for workplace transformation, aligning CRM platforms including Salesforce and Epic CRM.
